Documents for Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana 2025
The Government of Delhi announces a new women's empowerment scheme, Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana 2025. This scheme is specially made for women who live in Delhi and are in poor and lower-income groups.
After winning the election, the current government of Delhi provided some benefits and financial help to women to live their lives wisely, like the other states of India, and launched this type of scheme for women, like Ladli Bahan Yojana, Ladaki Bahan Yojana, Mahila Samiti Yojana, etc.
Under this scheme, Delhi women receive ₹2500 every month or ₹30000 every year (12x2500=30000), directly to their bank account.
Required Documents for Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana
The government set some criteria and said that some documents must be provided by the applicant who wants to get benefits from the government. That's not the complete list of documents that the applicant must carry when they do a new application:
Aadhaar Card: The applicant of Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana must carry an Aadhaar card. Also, the name of the applicant and the Aadhar card name must be the same; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
BPL Card: As we talked about before, this is key for poor women who live in lower-income groups that provide a BPL card. The BPL card is the main priority of this document list, so the applicant must have a BPL card.
Address Proof: according to the government, the applicant has lived in Delhi for at least five years, so the address proof is valid if it is before 5 years ago. As address proof, the applicant can carry this document.

- School leaving certificate
Income Certificate: The applicant has proved their income, so they need an income certificate to prove that the annual income of the family is between 2.5 and 3 lakh per year.
Bank Account: The applicant must have a bank account because the benefits amount will be directly transferred to the applicant's bank account. The bank account must be linked with the Aadhaar card.
Passport-size Photo: The applicant has a passport-size photo that can be used for the application
Mobile Number: Applicants have an active mobile number because the application details will be delivered to the mobile number.
